FOR SALE Rudall Carte &Co. Böhm system concert flute #6511, made in 1923

Price: £2,000.00 GBP (net - so plus P&P and any transaction costs). Being sold by me on behalf of the owner, Amble Skuse. (The flute is in my possession and any sale will be effected directly through me.)
A classic, vintage, hand-made professional instrument from Britain's most famous and respected flute-making firm. At least as good as Louis Lot!

You can find a full description, detailed photos and videos in this Album on Facebook, which is set to Public and should be visible without FB membership via one or both of these links: https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set ... 1534589271 or https://www.facebook.com/jemtheflute/po ... 3066634271

The flute is of Ebonite (hard rubber) with sterling silver mechanism/fittings, has plain platter keys (so mis-called "closed hole"), offset G, closed G#, C foot, Rockstro F# key, etc. It is in beautiful, fully overhauled and ready to play condition. The head-joint is thinned and unlined. The entirely hand-made flute was originally built for modern pitch A440. It has not been altered or suffered any damage apart from very minor scuffs. There are no signs of serious wear. It has a sounding length (embouchure hole centre to foot end) of 600mm.

I respect people's privilege to hold their beliefs, whatever those may be (within reason), but respect the beliefs themselves? You gotta be kidding!
