Beautiful Wooden Flageolet

Post by sarton »

I recently got an old wooden flageolet, the English type, 7 open holes and 6 new silver keys, and an Ivory beak.
The wood is probably palissander.
No makers name, but the following tekst Marque Fabrique Trade, and a picture of a Lyre (or Harp).
I am trying to determine approximate date and maker.
I add 2 pictures. one of the flute and another of the mark.
Any help is appreciated very much.
Hans.

Thanks, could well be Mathieu.
His trade mark looks similar.
