Yes, this is its 2nd recent listing. It did not sell (same price) in the previous 30 day listing, and it is 8 days into the current repeat.

I suppose one could always "make an offer". I think he's pitching it high, though, for an unrestored flute that needs a fair bit of work, I should think. That patent head looks to me as if it has been twisted (but what would I know?), so there may be that to fix as well as the nasty crack in the head joint, plus the crack in the barrel, as well as some suspect looking stuff (to my untrained eye) further down the body of the flute as well.
