An update now that this flute (R&R #3981) is restored and about to go back to its lucky owner - you can view a full photo story and read an account of the restoration work on this flute in my photo album about it on Facebook, which should be publicly visible to non-FBers via this link (I hope - such things seem to have become more difficult recently :-( )

There is also a full post-overhaul set of demo videos up on YT - 3 videos: in this playlist. For the first time I have included a video of a TTtuner RTTA analysis of the flute's intonation.
I respect people's privilege to hold their beliefs, whatever those may be (within reason), but respect the beliefs themselves? You gotta be kidding!

Well, Kevin, I wouldn’t describe it as "a wreck" as I received it - there weren't any major structural issues that hadn't been dealt with previously. But it was certainly a mess and in need of considerable TLC!

Sorry, Steve, nothing I can do. FB until recently offered a means to get a link which would specifically permit non-member viewing of photos or photo albums. That facility has disappeared within the last 2 months, with no publicity or explanation that I'm aware of. It's a pain. I've left feedback about it....
