Does the Piper’s Gathering come around every year? (If so, I want to mark it on my calendar as a possible event for the next year.)

The Piper's Gathering has been an annual event for some 30 years or so—although it's changed locations within New England over that time. So, subject to the vagaries of finances and world events, I'd expect it to be around for next year.
