I was hoping someone could tell me what kind of glue I should use to fasten a loose silver ring on my Olwell keyed flute.

Thanks!

Strongly suggest you humidify first. Winter time with central heating can be extremely bad for wooden flutes. Loose rings are a warning sign that the flute is drying out and shrinking. Until you get it soaking in a 50% RH environment for a couple of days I would recommend you take extreme care in assembly, and if tenons seem tight, don't force them.
