An original SWEETHEART FLUTES Walking Stick Cane Flute made by Ralph Sweet. This beautiful and interesting flute plays quite nicely and has a sweet tone. Loud enough to be heard, but by no means booming or brash. Plays perfectly in tune easily with an economy of breath. It's been properly cared for and played. The interesting professional wax thread wrapping is to stabilize a repaired hairline crack about an inch and a half long on the back of the head. The instrument is as stable as can be and the thread nor the crack have changed one jot regardless of season, etc.
