For Sell: Irish flute M. Grinter 8 Keys Cocus in D

Post by Greg931 »

Hello, I sell my Grinter flute 8 keys Cocus.
I refer you to the Ebay sales link but do not hesitate to ask me questions in private message,

Irish flute with 8 keys in cocuswood Michael Grinter.
That flute has been made for Sylvain Barou. He played it many years on the first albums of his group Comas, with Denez Prigent, the Guichen brothers, … Then he sold the flute to Yann Manche because he became allergic. He played it with his group Garlic Bread. He finally sold it to me. (The best Grinter flute according to Sylvain Barou and Kevin Crawford …).
The flute is today 8 year old. It is very well maintained, in an hydrometry of about 60% humidity and shows no fissure. It has been revised and retamponned in 2014 by Michael Grinter and revised in 2017 to remake the cork sole of the keys. The tampons of the keys are made in leather, the rings and keys are in sterling silver, the tow has recently been made again by myself.
I add to the flute a flutehead in Mopanewood tailor-madeby Eric Juilleret, and a fightcase.

I wish to sell the flute to someone who will be able to take care of it and take advantage of its potential. Therefore I prefer to sell it after a meeting. But if necessary I can send it by post (payment in advance).
