Fife enthusiasts... A TD O'Connor in C

I have never seen or even heard of a TD O'Connor in C... I just got one in the mail. I bid on it thinking it was a Bb and won on eBay. It is an o connor... It is not a modified Bb. That was my first thought. It is a C. Mfr'd as a C. Has anybody else seen or heard of one of these? Ron Peeler? Are you there?
