Hi all lads!
I'm here to let you know that I have just released my first flute album, which I called "1st" (I am an imaginative boy ).
The album is dedicated to Irish flute, I play Eb blackwood and D cocus keyed flutes by Patrick Olwell, C blackwood Grinter and Bb blackwood Wilkes flutes and I really like the different sounds that these fantastic instruments produce.
My best friends from Italy and Ireland joined me in this adventure: Carlo Galantini and Oisin MacDiarmada on fiddles, Luigi Fazzo and Sean McElwain on guitar and bouzouky, Junior Davey, Neill Lyons and Ivan Berto on bodhran and Daniele Bicego on Keyboards.
I would like to say that I received a big help from all the musicians involved and a fundamental support from a festival which takes place every year in the north east of Italy in the town of Bondeno (http://www.eirelafesta.it). This is the place for Irish trad music (and flute) in Italy.
If you want to have an idea of the sound and repertoire, you can listen to the free youtube teaser: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ox6DYvYbaws
Also, you can have a look at the FB page (and a like maybe ): https://www.facebook.com/TommasoTornielli1st/?fref=ts
And feel free to send an e-mail to: tommasotornielli@libero.it, if you whish to order a copy of the CD.
I am attaching a few youtube videos.

Thanks very much! Really hope you enjoy my 1st CD and, if you don't, please forgive me since I am young and hope to improve soon
See you in Italy or in Ireland and hopefully in the US one day!
Tommy

- Tell us something.: I'm a fiddler and, latterly, a fluter. I love the flute. I wish I'd always played it. I love the whistle as well. I'm blessed in having really lovely instruments for all of my musical interests.

Are there plans to release the album digitally? The teaser sounds great.
