Here they are
http://www.johnwalshbagpipes.com/
Now about a used set, they come up on Ebay fairly often. I would be wary of a used set, because the reeds all come from John perfectly adjusted; however I've run across a number of people with Walsh smallpipes where they've mucked with the reeds and ruined their adjustment. Why anyone would do this I cannot imagine.
In fact every time I've ever come across somebody with a John Walsh set that wasn't playing right it was because they mucked with the reeds. In other words every John Walsh set I've come across where the owner has NOT mucked with the reeds played perfectly.
