it's a set built by Güttler, who was known for his extraordinary designs.
His bagpipes are pretty rare and there are a few bagpipe makers in Germany who make reeds for his old instruments and check on them.
As far as I know, this is a set in C minor, lowest playable note would a "b". The reeds are two years old, built by Arno Eckardt, but he thinks, they have to be adjusted, because the instrument wasn't played a lot in the past two years!
