quality bag on Ebay

I just spotted this on Ebay, these come up very rarely.

It's a bag, looks like for mouth-blown smallpipes, made by Michael MacHarg in Vermont.
The leather appears to be the so-called Elkhide (chrome-tanned cowhide) which IMHO is the best leather for uilleann and smallpipe bags, because it never needs to be seasoned yet stays airtight for decades.
This leather AFAIK is no longer available because the chemicals used are no longer allowed.
I played a MacHarg bag on a set of uilleann pipes for over 20 years (until I sold that set).
