I'm looking for a box player who is interested in playing tunes with a piper, and lives near the N. Alabama area. All piping jokes aside (I don't want to swamp the forum ), is there another site where I could also post this inquiry? I looked on concertina.net, but didn't see a forum that looked appropriate for seeking out the elusive SE US player.
Thanks,
dave boling

I teleported home one night
With Ron and Sid and Meg.
Ron stole Meggie's heart away
And I got Sidney's leg.

Try contacting Bob Tedrow of Homewood Instruments / Tedrow Concertinas in Birmingham. He might know of any concertina players in that area.

Another place to try is the following website
thesession.org
It is international, but there is a large following of us US reed players.
