Hohner 400 ms

Looking for info on hohner 400 ms.....put new pads on treble and bass...having trouble aligning the pallets so they lay flat..

I own a Hohner L'Organola from the 30s. When you say pallets, which part are you referring to? I've done enough fixes on my box to be of some help...
If you are talking about getting the pads that cover the air holes to line up, I usually just tweak the metal rods by hand, that usually gives them enough of a tweak to cover the holes properly.
