Back about twenty odd years ago I played many the session/gig with a button player called Tom Dermody. He is a Portlaoise man but has lived in Dublin for many years. His son Martin, a fine guitarist, was playing with him last I heard. Tom is also Gerry O'Sullivans uncle , through marriage I believe.
Any body got any info on Toms whereabouts these days?
