Coevorden Netherlands, tin whistle teacher?

Hello all,
I'm looking for someone who could teach me basics for tin whistle. I live in Coevorden, Netherlands. I'm not looking for an professional teacher just someone who thinks its fun to share his or her knowledge with a beginner.
My background is flute, played that for about 10 years, before that a plastic whistle (7 holes) for 2 years. I started playing tin whistle 6 months ago. I practice a few times a week, but have problems with hits & cuts etc.
