Any teachers in Costa Rica?

After reading a few threads, I wanted to introduce myself to this community.
I remember taking classes in elementary school and really enjoyed it. Now, in my mid 30's I would like to take up this as a hobby and need to start somewhere. I would appreciate the suggestions if anyone knows of a teacher in Costa Rica that can fulfill my musical needs.
Happy playing,
Richard

What is what you would like to know? I play in a celtic-fusion band.
In Costa Rica there are three band of this music: Peregrino Gris (
www.peregrinogris.com ), Medieval (
www.medievalcr.com ) and my band Ar n-Aran (
www.youtube.com/nuestropan )
I make tin whistles:P Low and High Whistles in any key. By the way, if it is not very late, we play today (June 6th) celtic music in a bar in San José, "Shannon Irish Pub". I publish a map:
You're welcome!
What do you think?
