USA, PA, Philadelphia area, Uilleann pipes lessons wanted

I am looking for a teacher in the SE PA area for regular or occasional lessons. I live in Chester County, but I am willing to travel up to a couple of hours for lessons. I have been working on the Heather Clarke and NPU Vol 1 tutors for over a year, but could really use some feedback and instruction.
