Jem Hammond ... Experienced performer and tutor on simple-system ("Irish") flutes and whistles, based in N.E. Wales, offers tuition (one-to-one or group), workshops, performance, etc. I play both Irish and Welsh traditional music. I have been a tutor for CLERA (Welsh Traditonal Instrument Society) and trac (Welsh Folk Development Agency) as well as at festivals and privately. I hold a current CRB certificate and am also a qualified teacher (not music!!!). References can be arranged. All ages and abilities welcome.
