Gosling Harp from Harps Australia.

Post by Mattmcdee »

Hi All, I've just popped over from the flute and whistle forums to give soem feedback on a harp I bought for my girlfriend for her birthday.
Dealign with the m was great, they provided pictures and information of the different harps they had mostly built so that we could make an informed decision. Their service is some of the best I have ever recieved.
The harp itself is beautifully made, and it sounds great. Not really being a string person (please don't shoot me, I'm better at woodwind) that is really the best description I can give. My girl friend taught me to play Scarborah fair on it (though it just seems to flwo from her, where I really have to work at it), which I greatly enjoyed, so I may see if I get any better and may get one myself.
Hey, I had one of those, but the fipple fell off.
