Fiddle Workshop w/ Mikey Kenney: Fiddle tunes of NW England

The South Wales Uilleann Pipers will be hosting a fiddle workshop as part of our International Uilleann Piping Day events.
Joining us this year will be Mikey Kenney. Mikey is a traditional fiddler held in high regard by his peers. Liverpool-based, his playing is redolent in both English and Irish traditions. A multi-talented and in-demand collaborator, he enjoys the company of others who are well established on the circuit, turning out for instance with The Band of Burns. Mikey is a regular teacher and performaer at our annual tionol.
The workshop will take place on Saturday, November 2nd from 2-5pm. Cost is £20 (£10 for age 16 and under).
