All of my Hammered Dulcimer apps will be ***FREE*** starting this afternoon (Friday 1/29/2016) through midnight Sunday (1/31/2016).

No in-app purchase, you'll get free updates forever.

I just want to get a lot of copies out in the world so people can start showing them around and get some buzz going about them. I just don't think people realize what's possible until they actually try them.

If you get a "Item is currently being modified. Please try again later." message from Apple when trying to download any of my free Hammered Dulcimer apps, just wait a few hours. This is some issue on Apple's iTunes App Store, nothing I have any control over. Generally these sorts of things resolve on their own in a few hours, so try it again tomorrow.

The issue appears to have been resolved, I was finally able to download the D550 app from the iTunes App Store.

Thank you to everyone who participated in the free Hammered Dulcimer app weekend! Also a huge thank you to those who shared about them or re-posted the info on your blogs and message boards!

In total, over 2000 copies of the apps were downloaded.

Apple just approved the 2.0 version of the app formerly known as "Trapezoid MIDI". It is now "D550 MIDI - Hammered Dulcimer MIDI Controller - Dusty Strings Edition":

It's a vastly more gorgeous and capable app with the full range of the D550 and most importantly, the "Treble+Bass-Only" portrait mode option which gives you the most room between the strings for easiest playing.
