Tell us something.: It is a beautiful day in the piedmont for playing a favorite boxwood simple-system flute. Is that enough typing to get to 100 characters?? Maybe not, just to make sure here is a bit more stuff from the keyboard ...

best drone app

Post by LewisC »

Hi all, looking for recommendations on a drone app for iphone.

I found a some for shruti box / tanpura sounds but they are either expensive or don't get good reviews. There is also droneo which is very interesting but more than I need.

Thanks,
L

I've been using JustDrones, which was recommended to me by one of the instructors at Swannanoa. It mimics the drones from the uilleann pipes, and has two adjustable tones so you can play against an interval. I've been happy with it, but I haven't tried any other programs.
