Just to note that Early Bird Registration for the 2015 Pipers Gathering opened on St. Patrick’s day and runs until 31 March (when the price steps up a bit). The Gathering will again be held in Litchfield, CT on the weekend of 21–23 August. For details please visit the new, improved Pipers Gathering web site.

In addition to all the pipering, Liz Knowles will be tutoring on the fiddle.

Best wishes,

Steve

A reminder that the reduced price, Early Bird Registration period for the Pipers Gathering ends on Tuesday, 31 March. So register before then and save over $50. More info on the Gathering Registration Page

Best wishes.

Steve

One final reminder about the Pipers Gathering on 21-23 August in Litchfield. http://www.pipersgathering.org/

Liz Knowles will be teaching fiddle in both group and private sessions. And, of course, the occasional session may break out :D

If you can't make the entire weekend, perhaps you'd be interested in the concerts Saturday and Sunday evenings with an all-star cast (and always a few surprises). Tickets available on the web site or at the door:
Saturday: Mike Katz (of The Battlefield Band) - Scottish Smallpipes
Kieran O'Hare - Uilleann Pipes
Laura MacKenzie - Alternative Pipes, Flute
Liz Knowles - Fiddle
Chris Gray - Whistle

Sunday
Matt Seattle on Border Pipes
Ian Lawther on Northumbrian Smallpipes
Emmett Gill on Uilleann Pipes
Callum Armstrong on Scottish Smallpipes

Hope to see you there.

Best wishes.

Steve
