My Piedmont Rag

Post by crookedtune »

Before I contracted the dreaded flute obsession, I spent a lot of years playing fingerstyle blues and ragtime guitar. Not to be outdone by Jim Stone, tonight I figured out how to record videos, and upload them to YouTube.

For anyone who likes this kind of stuff, here's a tune I came up when I first moved to North Carolina about fifteen years ago. It's played in a Piedmont blues/ragtime style that's native to this part of the world. I creatively named it 'Piedmont Rag'. Enjoy!
