Please welcome Taylah Monet Feil to this world. She is the daughter of our second son, Kevin, and his wife, Charlene and is our
FIRST grandchild.
Taylah was born January 5th (one day after MY birthday
) at 5:24 am. She weighed 7 pounds and 2 ounces. She was 20 inches.
She is about 12 hours old in this picture. If you would like to see more pictures, just let us know. Check out the curls on that cutie!!!!

She's cute. She needs a haircut already. You should really just make her a MySpace.

Congratulations to you and the family! That's a great looking baby!
Does she whistle yet?
And whether the blood be highland, lowland or no.
And whether the skin be black or white as the snow.

She is only at the squeak stage, but one person said she looks like she is working on her low whistle grip already!

Kevin's mother in law, who was present at the birth, said she was already moving her arms, making noises and had her eyes open even before she was completely born.
We figure she was pretty anxious to get going with life.
