I don't think any of those amateurs could withstand Dale's patented "Gen G Danny Boy" super attack.

Trick question. They're all fictional characters.

No votes for Batman yet. Yet, when Batman and Superman had a fight, Batman won! (It's good to have some Kryptonite handy for when you need it!)

My favourite quote about superheroes is from an episode of the PowerPuff Girls, where there is this other little girl who also wants to be a superhero, but she doesn't have any superpowers. She has a rich Dad who gives her all sorts of gadgets (she nags him incessantly).

Anyway, one of the PowerPuffs says, "you can't buy super-powers!"
And she replies, "oh yeah? why don't you tell this to Batman?"
:)

My all time super hero is Gnatman, but Dale seems like he would certainly pull in at a close second place.

At first, I was taken aback that Super President wasn't listed, but then, I thought, "what is a super president but a super politician?" And I considered the etymological roots of the word politic, and I realized The Tick is close enough!
  • Greek poly, much, many. English tick, Middle English teke, tik, perhaps from Old English ticca, bloodsucking parasitic arachnids of the family Ixodidae.

ROTFLMAO WALDEN!!!!! Tick it is!

According to a friend of mine, who is a mother of a two year old, Sponge Bob Square Pants, and Poke-A-Roo are super heroes for her!

It was a real toss up for me between Dale and Superman. Superman was the brain child of a Canadian but Dale has the power of this board and website, to which I pay my humble respects. I can live without Superman but I can't live without this board,

I just glad that Dale hasn't the power to see through walls though!

Didn't the Tick demonstrate his superpower to the people in The City by hugging a nuclear bomb and then detonating it? I'd like to see Wisely or Batman try that.

Politicians? If the Tick ran, I'd vote for him in a second -- he's the epitome of Click and Clack's old campaign slogan, "Unencumbered by the thought process." A Tick-Cthulhu ticket would be the perfect balance of good and evil, planning and recklessness.

SPOON!

I'm not familiar with the latest incarnations of Catwoman, but in the olden days (the 1960s) she was a villain, not a superhero, so I'm not certain she should be on the list. Also not familiar with the Tick.

And may I point out that Superheros are GOOD GUYS and therefore wouldn't be caught dead taking part in a brawl such as this. ;)
