Earworm

Post by DrPhill »

Hi all, I have an earworm - a tune that I cannot identify and cannot stop humming. Can you help me identify it and maybe that will cure it..

Here is a recording

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance
Phill

Hi DrPhil

It sounds like the air to Val Doonican singing Delany's Donkey.

It does indeed, though I have not herd ( ) that tune for donkys years ( ) so I am not sure where it sprang from. Deep an murky recesses of my brain I guess.

Well spotted. Maybe I can exorcise it now.
