This may break a rule or two here. If so, moderators, I apologise. However, I thought it would be worth sharing here because, in the first place, Chiffers are nice people. Second, because my wife asked me. That's her in the video.
So if you feel like sharing it, please do so.
She went to Greece a year ago to help with breastfeeding counselling in the refugee camps. What she saw there made her start this charity. She started it literally from nothing, and its main office is still our spare bedroom. We have a bunch of people helping us - Catenians, some very lovely Actors and Comedians - Julie Hesmondhalgh who does the intro, is an actor in Coronation Street, which some of you may know. Maxine Peake helped us as well, and Francesca Martinez (the wobbly Comedienne). As well as the wonderful people who actually do leg-work in Greece, who help with the accounts (a nightmare!) and assist here in Manchester with fundraising.
