Mmmm, and I was thinking the Moon has more of an effect on tides than Seasons.. . .
By the bye, my basmati-Italian tells me that picture was taken near the Black (Raven) Cat Village. Hmm

Well, without getting into discussions which would quickly get this thread banished to the nether regions..., there have been several studies which claim higher temperatures during full moons vs. new moons (I have seen numbers between 0.4C to 0.55C), and one which claims rainfall may be lighter during full moons vs. new moons. As far as altering the seasons, I haven't found anything significant (doesn't mean it's not out there).
Now returning to our regularly scheduled program.
