I have a Shaw low D with damage to the metal

fipple. The wood block seems fine.

Can anyone recommend an instrument repair

person in the western USA?

Can you give us an idea exactly what is wrong with your Shaw? What part's seem out of whack? This might be something you can easily fix yourself ( I've tinkered my Shaw D and C many times-- they're pretty delicate, and bend easily)
