I have posted on my website a modified Excel file that is based of Peter Hoekje's Flute spreadsheet. You can use openoffice if you don't have Excel.
Lot's of changes, it's new and experimental.
The calculations are very precise on tonehole positions for thinwall tubing.
It is not rigorousy tested yet - but so far it looks good.
Watch the tube length calculation carefully - the whistle window change will vary this a lot.
What I've noticed with these changes is that the low notes are not calculated as flat as other sheets do and the high notes are not too sharp.
After these new formulas are tested more and proved, they will eventually be put into TWCALC.
