Tell us something.: I play whistles. I sell whistles. This seems just a BIT excessive to the cause. A sentence or two is WAY less than 100 characters.

Say it ain't so....

Great topic.

Here is a link to a slide show we put up showcasing a song my husband wrote and performed called the Buffalo run, about taking care of the planet. It features one of our Elf Song Copper D whistles. It is our first experience with YouTube, so far it has been a really positive.

Please feel free to take a look: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=duhzMYffmcs

Really nice work, both musically and visually.
Your clip is really mind striking...

The subject reminds me of a clip by a french band that brought out this song a few years ago (english subtitled). Unfortunately, no whistle involved in this one... but the planet (and we as human by the way) deserves it.
Try to wait 'till the end of the clip, that's where the message holds its place.

PS : Sorry for this out of subject post  I swear I won't do it again!

Very nicely done - both the song and the slideshow. Powerful message.

I'll join the other comments. It's a really good and powerful song and i like it very much. The only thing that i don't like as much, is the way the big drum drowns in the mix. I would really like to hear a version where the big drum has a louder and more powerful voice.

Keep making good music. :)

Hm, I might add my recordings - they´re here http://uk.youtube.com/profile?user=Pyro8

I´ll be glad if you tell me what to improve (except for rhytm, where I´m sort of struggling most of the time - although I consider many of tunes there rather all right). Thanks

Found this a couple of days ago, we have the DVD and been so lucky to see it being performed live 3 times. It is one of my all time favorite songs and this version sends even more shivers down the spine than the original from about 20 years ago.

Enjoy

Thanks, Brigitte! Watched it and then had to watch it again. Then sat my daughter in front of my PC and had her watch it. Great version. The sound of a whistle enhances it too, don't you think?
