Tell us something.: I love Irish Trad music and used to post here. It's been a few years since then. Hoping to get back onto the site and enjoy some conversation regarding this fantastic music. Thanks!

Hi folks! I've just rejoined this forum after having been inactive for quite a while. It's good to be back and I've enjoyed browsing through all the wonderful whistles in this thread. I thought I'd post a couple images of my vintage stache to introduce myself. I don't have all that many, and have not added to my collection for years, so mine won't include any notable upgrades in design. So, here goes...

These are from the top:
Burke Low D
Overton Low D
Copeland Low G
Burke B flat
Silkstone C
a Generic C (in overton style)
Burke D
Fred Rose D
Dixon D

And Lastly...

O' Riordan D/C set

I'm looking forward to getting to know y'all. :)

Cheers,

Thanks, the pics look great. I only have 1 Low D and 3 high D's but am really keen to buy an MK Pro Alto G, which I can't seem to get as the website is out of them. :-?

FWIW, the earliest plastic head Generation whistles retained the decorative bands of the previous models on their bodies

And, while we're on the subject, a re-hash of my old 'Four Generations' image:

Very nice!

Which is older, do you know? The engraved Generation or the one with the soldered on band?
