Hi guys! I hear about transcriptions of Mary Bergin's playing and of other good players on this board sometimes, but I've no idea where I'd go to get those stuff. More often then not I get a passibly close one from JC archives but in melody only.

Where would I get a good transcription of Mary Bergin tunes (ornaments and variations included)? Is there also a site with transcribed tunes of other great musicians?

I don't know about a site but you can get the book Irish Tin Whistle Legends. It has faithful transcriptions of tunes played by the likes of Sean Potts, Mary Bergin, Paddy Maloney, Micho Russell and more. The transcriptions include ornamentation. I got mine from Steve at shanna quay, http://www.shannaquay.com
A great guy to do business with.
