Hi !
I'm a beginner on low D.
I've a breath very wet. The condensation in the mouth piece block and disturb my play.
Have you some advices or solutions for me.
I'm french and my english is not good.

The first solution that comes to mind (and this yeild positive results with most whistles) is to warm up the whistle before you play it. I usually hold my whistle in both fists to cover as much of it as possible (one of my hands covering the window to keep from making unpleasant noises) and blow warm air into the windway.
The next solution that comes to mind (another very common one) is to apply a bit of a detergent and water solution to the windway and let it dry there (don't rinse it out).
