I received a new Elderly Brothers catalogue today and there is a listing there under "PENNYWHISTLES" for Sullivan Whistles: rosewood $175 ebony $190. Is anyone familiar with these whistles, is there a website. Or have they already been discussed here in the forum and I've just missed it?
Peace

Tell us something.: You just slip out the back, Jack
Make a new plan, Stan
You don't need to be coy, Roy
Just get yourself free
Hop on the bus, Gus
You don't need to discuss much
Just drop off the key, Lee
And get yourself free

You can see pictures of the Sullivan whistles on the Elderly website, they certainly look nice. Haven't seen anyone post a review here yet.....

Thanks Loren. I didn't consider looking at their website which I have in my Favorites. They are attractive whistles. Has anyone tried an instrument from them and then decided to return it? Their warranty says if you aren't satisfied you can return it for a full refund less shipping. $195 is lot of money to spend just based on a whistle looking good.

BTW I realize its Elderly Instruments rather Elderly Brotheres. Its Mandolin Brothers rather than Mandolin Instruments,
Peace
