I know this is a long shot, but what the hell.
I've got several piccolos (aka D fifes), but I mainly play my favourite (a Terry McGee). So, I was wondering if anyone out there would have a Sweetheart D whistle they'd consider swapping for my Sweetheart D picollo? It's it perfect condition and plays beautifully. There's a picture at http://elderly.com/new_instruments/items/SWF1.htm but the colour is shocking. In reality the fife is exactly the same colour and finish as the whistle shown to the right of the piccolo.
Offers of swaps on other whistles in the same sort of price range would also be considered.
