Tell us something.: I have been playing the tin whistle for a year. I have never played a musical instrument before the tin whistle.

Tune identification

Post by JTU »

Help please. I know I should know this but I can’t put my finger on it.
There is an album by the Accordion Players of Tipperary titled “Greatest Irish Accordion Melodies Volume 2”. (Can be found on Spotify etc.). On the Wearing of the Green track the tune morph’s into another tune I know I should know but I can’t recall the title. Does anyone know?
Cheers and thanks in advance.

Tell us something.: Been a fluter, citternist, and uilleann piper; committed now to the way of the harp.

Oh, yeah: also a mod here, not a spammer. A matter of opinion, perhaps.
