Just noticed that Gary Humphrey also offers F and G whistles:

I've found some high whistles with some appealing tone and playability, at least as shown in YouTube performance. (I'll check into the Humphrey as well). The Ceol Pro and SilverStar models (made by Nick Metcalf), the Anak, the Carbony and an unknown (still waiting a response from the player in the video). Still searching!

I'd like to see what kind of high F would show up from makers like Killarney, Chieftain, Burke, Alba, Milligan, or even Waltons for that matter. Walton's could call it the "Guinness Stir Stick" and serve it in pubs in a pint.

1) I really like the Ceol Pro here. Nick Metcalf introduces his high models: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4IWxE0nTTD8

2) I love this tone. The Anak high F: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6fA_uyfI8aM

3) An unknown maker, played by Lisa Powers, shows even a simple design with careful craft, can work: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lQMXW0llYdw

4) The Carbony high E sounds good and too easy to suspect their high F and high G sound fine: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GnAXZ2zoC4E
