I'm selling a Howard Low C covered brass (matt black finish). I've had it about 10 years but I haven't played it much in the last 8 years. It's in very good condition. It comes with a Howard black plastic case. I think the head is a Mark II.
The Howard Low C has lots of tone for a low whistle. More than any other low whistle I've played. They're not currently available from Howard Music but a few online shops have them.

Being a Matt myself, I think you might mean that it is matte black. At least I hope so.
