Yes, I see what you are saying, Peter. I had to go back and re-read Turnborough's post. Oops. My bad.
With regard to half-holing the seventh hole... And trivially easy..... My goodness. Frankly, it struck me me as a tad condescending. But, I am sure I have misunderstood you. The thought occurred to me that if playing in C# is trivially easy, a great many more of the folks here would be doing so ( bear in mind that there are more than a few world class players here abouts. I am definitely NOT one of them) .. And a great many more tunes would be written in said key. But, for some reason, there doesn't appear to be. Nuff said, I suppose.
Have at it, mate! Post a clip for us when you're done.

Indeed -- no condescension intended at all!jiminos wrote:Yes, I see what you are saying, Peter. I had to go back and re-read Turnborough's post. Oops. My bad.

I guess "trivially easy in comparison" would have been better!
As I said, I'm nothing like a world class player either. Nevertheless, I think it's an interesting challenge. One I hope one of our many real players will take up!
Look for a clip in a couple decades!
