This ebay listing says this is new (finished in the last week) from Copeland. I'm a little suspicious, but maybe someone knows the seller or knows if Mr. Copeland is making whistles again.

I think this whistle is legitimate for bidding. There have been rare auctions for a "new" whistle. Snipers with advanced shooting skills usually on target early.
