Very nice.
That's pretty much the same as the way I learned in back in the 1970s, starting on the high part.
And the "rocking" in the last part, not running down and up the scale.
BTW these sorts of low-octave scalar things are often seen in the 2nd ending of the last part of tunes, in a similar way to the walking down in the high octave of the 2nd ending of the last part of so many reels. So when I learned Morning Dew it was the 2nd ending of the last part, not all the way through.
I learned Morning Dew from a fluteplayer, but I've always loved Kathleen Collin's version (the tracks are all mislabelled)
