Do you use tongueing when you play? I find that those highest notes benefit from a little bit of that. The tongueing gives a little extra burst of air which helps get the note to speak. Instead of leaving your tongue flat in your mouth, try using your tongue as if you're saying the letter "T" or "D" (slightly different) as you play the difficult note.

It bears mention, different ears hear differently.
Your hearing may be especially sensitive to the high notes even if they're perfectly OK. You might try recording yourself, then listening at a distance from the speakers to see if it still sounds as shrill from further away.
