That looks like no Dixon I've ever seen. The tuning slide makes me think of a higher-end whistle, with the whistle either being delrin or wood.

Still just a guess on my part.
I can definitely see the similarities, but the whistle in the video doesn't appear to have the typical lowered area on the mouthpiece near the blade that Dixon whistles have.

I've owned a couple of Dixon DX005's.

This whistle in the video is very definitely not one.

I think so too, DrPhill.

I went back and checked my bleazey review from 2006...not only does the whistle have the right look, it has a certain characteristic to the tone that sounds similar to my recording back then too.
