Waltz recommendations?

Aloha,
In my last post I had requested any Scottish songs that might be suitable for a beginner, but during my day off today (while exploring the session.org and practicing 'Westering Home' and 'The Bell Table') I wanted to open-up my inquiry to include any beautiful waltzes that you all may be able to recommend, with the caveats being that I'm a new whistler and that I am doing best with ABC notation that is simple and open (without excessive ornamentation and such) and focusing on melodies that can be played slowly at first (and are still recognizable at that speed...). It's a major plus (for me) if the particular version of any recommended tunes is listed on the Session, since the MIDI files allow me become familiar with the rhythm and melody (as it's often my very first exposure to any of these wonderful songs).
Yes, I would be very grateful for recommendations of waltzes or other slow, beautiful tunes from anywhere around the world - thank you all!
Rich
