I haven't had any ale today, but I know today I responded to a thread entitled Listeners about recommended recordings of whistle players. Now I'm told that such a thread does not exist. Huh?

Bewildered in Dartmouth.

Me too. Neither the question, nor my response was inappropriate in any way, that I could tell.

Ya, that was my post, and I thanked both of you for your excellent suggestions. No idea why it disappeared, but then again, I'm practically a Luddite, so I probably goofed something...but not before I snagged me some Mary Bergin, Micho Russell, and Donncha O'Briain. Thanks again.

No, it was because bogheathen edited his first post before his account was fully vested. Editing prior to full permissions is effectively the same as a new submission, only without the post count. As a result, the post (and thread, apparently) gets hidden all over again until it gets approved again. But we'll be upgrading bogheathen's status now. :)

Whew... I thought it was the Whistle Disorientation Disorder again.

Best wishes

Steve

I thought that I just replied to the Listeners thread. Maybe I'm disoriented.
