On October 1, 2017 we will be closing Whistle & Drum’s virtual doors. As such, all our remaining stock will be on sale from now until closing.
Some of you know that we also own & operate The Irish Flute Store. Over the years, Blayne’s focus has been more and more on the Irish flute and whistle as a player. In an effort to sharpen our focus, closing W&D will help us to continue on making IFS great. We are also excited to announce that Christian Hedwitschak’s bodhráns will continue to be represented in the US by Matthew Bell of Contemporary Bodhrán!
You can now coordinate your custom Hedwitschak bodhrán order with Matthew via email at info [at] contemporarybodhran dot com As of 10/1, Matthew will transition to www.RebellionDrums.com for his bodhrán sales while Contemporary Bodhran will be centered around his instruction.
It’s been a great run since 2001 with W&D! We appreciate all your support and business. We look forward to serving you both via The Irish Flute Store and Blayne’s online Irish flute and tin whistle lessons.
